                            Yours of March 1st 1866 reached me some time since-    In the absence of Judge Harrison, and in personal ignorance as to the correctness of the facts stated by you, I postponed inquiring until the April term of the court   Being unified upon consideration with the judge of the entire correctness of your statement, upon the case being called I entered as to you, a nolle prosequi
