To Whom it May Concern
    We SC Gleaves & GW Gleaves do now relinquish all right  title claim &e to a certain tract a parcel of Land owned by our Mother Malvina Gleaves & Margarete S. Crockett   The said land lying on little Walker Creek Bland County State of Virginia  to Robert H Gleaves giving him the power to make any disposition of said land he may choose.  This Sept 20th 1872

Margaret S. Crockett is Malvina Crockett Gleaves’ sister.

Malvina Gleaves died 10 Nov 1870.  This probably has to do with settling her estate.
