Services for Steven Douglas Gleaves, 25, of Anna, are set for 10 a.m. Saturday at the Huff Funeral Chapel in Whitesboro with the Rev. Harold Watson officiating and the Rev. James Crow assisting. Internment will follow in the Mt. Tabor Cemetery in Grayson County under the direction of the Huff Funeral Home of Whitesboro. Pallbearers are Steve Allison, Greg Akins, Steve Hollenshead, Chris Morriss, Adrian Jones and Kenneth Griffith. Honorary pallbearers are Keith bates and Johnny Shelton. Mr. Gleaves died March 16, 2004, in Anna. He was born April 20, 1978 in Sherman to Charles J. and Dee Harwell Gleaves. Survivors include his father, Charles J. Gleaves of Howe; mother and step-father, Dee and Glenn Gentry of Anna; brother, Charlie Gleaves of Plano; sister Sarah Gleaves of Lubbock; grandparents Barbara Gleaves of Howe and Jack and Valda Harwell of Whitesboro; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
