You are hereby commanded to summon the heirs of Joseph Baker deceased, John Crockett, Joseph Young and Esther his wife, late Esther Crockett, Travis Carter & Rachel his wife, late Rachel Crockett, Robert Johnston & Jane his wife late Jane Crockett, John Graham & Polly his wife, late Polly Crockett, Robert Graham and Catherine his wife, Ragsdale and Elizabeth his wife, Wright Stanley & Elizabeth his wife, and the children of Samuel Crockett decd who was a son of John Crockett decd towit: Allen T. Crockett, John Crockett, Elizabeth Crockett, Margaret Crockett, James T. Gleaves and Malvina his wife late Malvina Crockett, heirs of John Crockett decd
to appear at the Clerks office of our Superior court of
Chancery holden at Wythe Court-House on the first Monday in January next
to answer a supplemental bill in Chancery, exhibited against
them by Peter Holley
and unless they shall answer the said Bill within four months thereafter the court will take the
same for confessed, and decree according.
And this they shall in no wise omit under the penalty of L100. And have then there this writ.
