Nathaniel Nuckolls wrote his Will on March 8, 1823 and it was probated on March 10, 1824 listing James Gleaves and William Thornburgh as executors. Martha Nuckolls was Nathaniel’s second wife. This document is apparently recording payments made to Nuckolls heirs against the estate by William Thornburgh. John is the son of Nathaniel and Martha. Andrew is the son of Nathaniel and his first wife, a Miss Garland.
